Byron was awesome, he helped me setup my printer back to normal and now it is working again. He is very patient and professional with how he helped me. Thank you so much for the support that Byron provided.

support was good the agent was willing to assist in anyway he could.
he tried calling but I am from international country, so that didn't work out. He then remote into my system and then demo to assist with my query which was how to batch print with the software with bronze licenses,
