  1. Open Bodno Software.
  2. Click BOD in the top-left corner.
  3. Select Bodno License.
  4. Open the Activation code tab, or USB Dongle if you use a USB key.
  5. Copy the code shown there and paste it here.

Common Questions

01 What is this page for?

It checks any Bodno license in one box, whether it's a USB key license or an activation code. Paste it above and you'll see if it's active and when it renews.
02 Do I need to know if I have a USB license or an activation code?

No. Paste or type whatever you have and the page works it out. A USB license starts with CC (CC-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). An activation code is five groups of four letters and numbers, sent by email when you bought or registered.
03 The page says “Not activated yet.” What does that mean?

Bodno is running as a free trial on that computer, so there's no license to check yet. Buy a license and your code arrives by email within 15 minutes, or paste the code you already have. Using a USB key? Plug it in, then open License in Bodno again.
04 I lost my activation code. What now?

Look it up with your email, order number, serial number or name, and we'll email it to you. Still stuck? Email support@bodno.com.
05 My status shows “Expired” or “Suspended.” What do I do?

It means the license is no longer active on that computer. For an activation code, renew it for 3 years or as Lifetime. You keep the same code and don't reinstall anything. USB licenses end after their 5-year term, and USB keys are no longer sold, so the next step is an activation code.
06 Do I need to keep my USB key plugged in?

Yes. With a USB license, the Bodno USB key must stay plugged in while Bodno is running.
07 I got a new computer. Can I move my activation code?

Yes. On the old computer, open Bodno, click BOD, then Bodno License, open the Activation code tab and click Deactivate. Then install Bodno on the new computer and activate it with the same code. Old computer not working? Email support@bodno.com and we'll move it for you.
08 Will I lose my card designs if I renew, reinstall or switch licenses?

No. Your designs and templates are saved on your computer. A license only changes how Bodno is unlocked. Back up your files before reinstalling, just to be safe.
09 Can I get a license that never expires?

Yes. A Lifetime license is one payment and never needs renewing. Buy a Lifetime license, or renew your code as Lifetime and keep the same code. The Bodno A-Series and Seaory printers include a lifetime license.
10 What should I send Bodno Support if I need help?

Email support@bodno.com with a screenshot of the status message and the code you checked.
