Which printer should a nursing home start with?
Most facilities start with the Bodno A10 at $995 for front-only staff badges. Choose the dual-sided Bodno A30 at $1,995 if you want the back of the badge too, for the facility phone, a barcode or visitor rules.
How fast can we badge a new hire?
Open your saved badge design, add the photo, name and title, and print. A color card takes about 18 seconds on the Bodno A10 or A30.
Can each department have its own color?
Yes. Make one badge design per department in Bodno ID Card Software and change the color. Staff badges then print from the design that matches their department.
Can our badges open doors or work with our time clock?
If your system reads magnetic stripes, add the A-Series Magnetic Stripe Encoder. For contact or contactless smart cards, add the A-Series Smart Card Encoder. Both work with Bodno A-Series printers. Tell us which system you use before you order.
Do you accept purchase orders and Net 30?
Yes. Email your PO to sales@bodno.com and our team processes the order. You can also pay by credit card, PayPal or check. Tax-exempt? Send your exemption form once to Tax@Bodno.com before your first order.
What happens if the printer stops working?
Every printer here includes coverage, shown on each printer above. If it fails under coverage, we send a next-day swap so your front desk keeps printing.
We have an old badge printer. Can we trade it in?
Yes. Trade in any ID card printer, any brand, any condition. We send a free prepaid label, and your trade-in rebate goes back to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving it.
