Tech was very helpful. He went beyond my expectations. He guided me thru the process of fixing my printer, reinstalled drivers and software to my system. He even went out of his way and made corrections on my document and he stayed on the phone thru the test printing process to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome of the card that was being printed. Was dead in the water! Had an issue with the license on my USB key. Byron got back to me within 1 hour and was able to solve the problem extremely fast with no hiccups at all. Hoped on the phone with him and he had the license key fixed with the latest version of software installed in less than 5 minutes. I've been a huge fan of Bodno software but hadn't until now been able to test their support. I got service better than expected!
Byron is a master of the Bodno software and am always impressed with the competent and timely assistance whenever I call for tech support. They're the best!
