How Tax-Exempt Customers Remove Sales Tax on Bodno Orders

We keep this simple and human. Email your  exemption form or call and talk to anyone in Sales or Customer Service—we usually activate you within the same business hour (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET).

  • Result: After activation, sign in with the buyer email(s) you gave us and checkout shows $0 sales tax.

If you’re tax-exempt and can share a valid exemption form, we’ll set your account so online orders don’t include sales tax.


What to send

  • Your tax-exempt form (PDF or clear photo)

  • Organization name

  • Buyer email(s) you want set for tax-exempt checkout

  • A phone number in case we need a quick confirmation


How to submit

Email: Send your form to Tax@Bodno.com with your org name and buyer email(s).
Call: 732-987-5300 (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET) and speak to anyone in Sales or Customer Service—we’ll help you upload/confirm and activate right away.


What happens next

  • We review the form and activate tax-exempt status on the buyer email(s) you provided.

  • You’ll get a short confirmation email.

  • From then on, when you sign in with those email(s), checkout shows $0 sales tax.


Place a tax-exempt order

  1. Sign in at bodno.com with a buyer email we set for tax-exempt checkout.

  2. Add items → Checkout.

  3. Confirm Sales Tax = $0 before you submit.
