Example order
Just once. Automatic after that.
All we need is the form, your organization’s name, and the email address(es) you order with. We turn on tax-exempt status for those emails and write back to confirm, usually within the same business hour (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM ET).
Please send it before your first order. If an order goes through with tax, we can still refund it, but it’s slower and means more paperwork for both of us. After that, there’s nothing to do.
Online or by purchase order, it’s automatic
Once your account is marked tax-exempt, every future order is tax-free automatically. That includes orders you place online with a credit card and orders you send us on a purchase order.

Who qualifies
