We have purchased 5 of these machines from Bodno. Recently had to troubleshoot three of them. Two out of warranty and one still under.

Felix from their support team has been incredible with the help. He was able to find the solution to one without having to send it out. And for the other ones was able to work with Magicard to get them to sent a replacement part.
