Return and Refund Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the order. We offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange.

Refund Process: Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and issuing refunds.

Claims for Issues: Report any shortages, damages, or incorrect items within 10 days of receiving your merchandise.

Return Instructions:

  • All returns and exchanges require a valid RMA number and are subject to our return policy.
  • Printers must have fewer than 25 prints.
  • Only one printer return per customer.
  • Returns must be packaged in the original manufacturer's packaging (both inside and outside).
  • Include all manuals, cables, warranty cards, supplies, etc. with the return.

  • Software

  • Printers with smart card encoders or proximity cards
  • Encoders
  • Leased items

01 Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?

Once you place your order, we start processing it right away so it can ship to you as quickly as possible. Because of this, cancellations or changes aren’t always possible. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it for you.

02 What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items in their original condition for a refund, replacement, or exchange.

  • Printers must have fewer than 25 prints and include all original packaging, manuals, cables, warranty cards, and supplies.
  • Software, Holokotes, proximity‑encoded printers, and leased equipment are non‑returnable.
  • You must report any missing, damaged, or incorrect items within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.

03 Do you offer warranties on your products?

Yes! We offer our TotalCare Extended Warranty for ID card printers. Depending on the plan you choose, you can be covered for up to five years from the date of purchase. Your warranty includes:

  • Free parts and labor
  • Fast repair turnaround (usually under 3 business days)
  • Free next‑day shipping both ways
  • A loaner printer if yours needs to be serviced
04 What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, let us know within 10 days of delivery. We’ll walk you through the process, which may include:

  • Issuing you an RMA number
  • Sending a replacement or arranging an exchange
  • Covering return shipping if applicable
