Return and Refund Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the order. We offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange.

Refund Process: Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and issuing refunds.

Claims for Issues: Report any shortages, damages, or incorrect items within 10 days of receiving your merchandise.

Return Instructions:

  • All returns and exchanges require a valid RMA number and are subject to our return policy.
  • Printers must have fewer than 25 prints.
  • Only one printer return per customer.
  • Returns must be packaged in the original manufacturer's packaging (both inside and outside).
  • Include all manuals, cables, warranty cards, supplies, etc. with the return.

  • Leased items

01 What is Bodno’s return policy?

You can return any item in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Printers must have fewer than 25 prints and include all packaging and accessories. One printer return per customer.

02 How do I start a return or exchange?

Email Contact@bodno.com to request an RMA number. Returns without an RMA won’t be accepted. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
