We are a small mental health non-profit, with no technical staff. We ordered a new printer. Felix worked with our staff to help with set up and soon realized that a new replacement printer was in order. He arranged for us to return the first and then had the replacement to us in just a few days. He then spent time with our staff to talk us through setting it up. The new printer works great!
