I called for tech support today for our Bodno and Pronto. Our team member who had experience with both was no longer with us and I had never used the software and was lost. Jude accessed my laptop and walked me through every step with incredible patience and kindness. I wasn't even sure which cords to use to connect the printer to my laptop until he shared phot images and made sure I knew what to look for. Our software was outdated and he quickly updated the software, connected my printer and walked me through the basic steps and waited until I had successfully printed a card. Jude!!! I cant thank you enough! SO often I've called other companies for tech support and not had a positive or helpful experience. Jude was beyond supportive and amazing at what he does. Thank you brother! I had a wonderful call with Felix who addressed my problem right away with the Magicard Printer and Bodno software not talking to each other. He realized that it had to do with outdated software and guided me into correctly updating it and it worked smoothly. Something that was taking me hours to figure out he did in mere minutes! I'm very excited to be able to print my cards now! Thank you!!
