Magicard 3633-0053 Cleaning Kit - Cleaning cards & Pen

The directions were easy to follow and the kit did the trick! I didn't realize how dirty my printer had become with dust, and once it was cleaned, the cards were printing without flaws again!

Called for assistance with being unable to print after 60 Old Magicard-D Duo was repaired and retuned to me. Phone assistance provided by Rey and Andrew? Assistance was Fast and issue resolved quickly, (probably could have resolved by myself had there been a Troubleshooting guide available)

Overall, I feel this is most adequate model/software (Silver Ed.) and Magicard Enduro 3E for my usage. (at least currently). I only have reservation about learning curve, perhaps it's only me, but some more comprehensive tutorials would be better. While tech support are always helpful, we might not to feel need to bother them as often with some of the details/nuances of function/processes in tutorial recordings. summarily, We are grateful and happy to have this service to produce the cards with efficency and quality.
