The ribbon is fine, however, the shipping is horrible. I paid for 2 day shipping and it was over a week before I received it. I really need it quick. I have ordered in the past and did not have any issues. The boxes inside the package were crushed and the ribbon was just laying in the package. I will never pay for express shipping again. Very disappointed.

I called with an issue about my printer and Ray was a big help! He fixed my issue and was very informative about other things that could become an issue. He also let me know that it is about time for a new color roll and that I only have a few badges left to print before it runs out!
