FAQ
01 What do I actually do to help you?
I guide you from setup to success—helping you choose the right bundle, walking you through installation, and staying available for upgrades, troubleshooting, and training.
02 Why buy from Bodno instead of Amazon or other sites?
We accept POs, offer expert support, and give you access to TotalCare—our 5-year protection plan Amazon doesn’t offer. Plus, you get lifetime software, remote checkups, and a real person to call when you need help.
03 Is this bundle good for someone who’s never printed ID cards before?
Absolutely. It’s built for first-time users. The Seaory S28 is fast and easy to use, and our Bodno Gold software makes designing and printing cards simple. My team is here to walk you through it.
04 What if you need to upgrade or expand later?
I’ll help you scale. Whether you need smart card encoding, faster printing, or more supplies, I’ll guide you through upgrades that fit your workflow and budget.
05 How long will this setup last—and how fast can I start?
You’ll be printing your first card in 30 minutes or less. The Seaory S28 is built to last, and the Bodno Gold license is lifetime. With optional TotalCare, you’re covered for five full years.
