Questions

Questions small businesses ask

What is the best ID card printer for a small business?

The Bodno A10 ($995) if you print a few single-sided badges a month. Choose the Bodno A20 ($1,595) if you print every week, or the dual-sided Bodno A30 ($1,995) to use the back of the card. All three include the software on a lifetime license.

Is it worth buying an ID card printer instead of using a print shop?

Usually, yes. At 250 cards a year the Bodno A30 pays for itself in about 17 months, and at 500 cards in about 8½ months. See the math.

Do I need an IT person to set it up?

No. Plug it in, install the software, and book a free onboarding session if you want a hand. Book onboarding.

Can I print membership or loyalty cards too?

Yes. The same printer prints any standard CR80 card you design, including membership cards, loyalty cards with a barcode, and visitor passes.

Is there a monthly fee?

Not on the Bodno A-Series. The software comes with a lifetime license, so you pay once.

Can I lease instead of buying?

Yes. See printer leasing.

What if it isn't right for my business?

You have 30 days to return it. We pay return shipping, and there is no restocking fee.
