I had a Product Code error and internal I.T. could not figure it out. I kept telling I.T. to call for support but they too proud. I had to call my self and Byron was beyond helpful. He solved the issue right away.

I was having an issue with my bodno program, and needed to reinstall because I was not able to Print. When I reached out to tech support Felix was the one assigned to me, He worked on my windows computer and discovered that there was a driver issue. He assisted me but for some reason the driver wasn't installing. Today I brought my MacBook in and he helped me install and transfer license and now I am operational again.
