Shipping Policy 

We ship orders using FedEx. To see your exact shipping options, price, and estimated delivery date, add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Checkout will show the available methods based on your address and what’s in your order.

Shipping Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) ship the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST ship the next business day.

  • We do not ship on weekends or legal holidays.

FedEx Delivery Options (Estimated)

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and are based on FedEx service levels:

  • Standard Shipping (FedEx Ground): Typically delivered within 3 business days

  • 2-Day Shipping (FedEx 2Day): Delivered within 2 business days

  • 1-Day Shipping (FedEx Overnight): Delivered next business day

Delivery time starts after your order ships (based on the cut-off time above).

Shipping Rates

Your shipping cost and estimated delivery date are shown at checkout before you pay.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Standard Shipping (under $100): $12.99

  • 2-Day & 1-Day Shipping: FedEx rates are calculated and shown at checkout.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your FedEx tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Delivery Issues, Claims, Lost or Damaged Packages

Please inspect your shipment when it arrives and contact us promptly if there’s an issue.

  • Report shortages, incorrect items, or visible damage within 10 days of delivery.

  • If a package shows as delivered but you can’t locate it, or if it appears lost or damaged in transit, we’ll help you take the next steps with FedEx as quickly as possible.

Undeliverable / Returned Packages

If FedEx returns a package to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

  • International shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout after you enter your address.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

01 When will my order ship?

02 How can I track my shipment?

We’ll email you a tracking link once your order ships. You can also:

  • Visit your carrier’s website
  • Log into your Bodno account
  • Email Contact@Bodno.com and we’ll resend tracking info
03 Do you offer free shipping?

Yes—orders over $100 ship free via standard ground within the continental U.S. Orders under $100 incur a $12.99 flat rate.

04 What if my package is lost, damaged, or returned?

Email Contact@bodno.com within 10 days of delivery. We’ll help resolve the issue with a replacement, refund, or reshipment. If a package is returned undeliverable, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment.
