When it ships

  • Before 1 PM ET, Monday to Friday: ships the same day
  • After 1 PM ET: ships the next business day
  • No shipping on weekends or holidays

Delivery times

  • FedEx Ground: 1–3 business days
  • FedEx 2Day: 2 business days
  • FedEx Overnight: next business day

Tracking

Your FedEx tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Damaged or missing items

Check your order when it arrives and tell us within 10 days if anything is damaged, missing or wrong. If a package is lost in transit, we'll handle it with FedEx.

International

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus Puerto Rico, and to Canada. Costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

01 When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 1 PM ET, Monday to Friday, ship the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day.
02 How can I track my shipment?

We email your FedEx tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also sign in to your Bodno account, or email info@bodno.com and we'll resend it.
03 Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over $100 ship free with standard shipping. Orders under $100 ship for $12.99.
04 What if my order arrives damaged or something is missing?

Email info@bodno.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
