Shipping Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 1 PM EST, Monday through Friday, will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or legal holidays.
Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 3 business days after the order is placed.
- 2-Day Shipping: Orders will arrive within 2 business days.
- 1-Day Shipping: Orders will arrive the next business day.
Shipping Rates:
- Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.
- Standard Shipping: $8.99 for orders under $100.
- Expedited Shipping: Rates for 2-Day and 1-Day shipping will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.
Claims for Issues: Report any shortages, damages, or incorrect items within 10 days of receiving your merchandise.

Once you place your order, we start processing it right away so it can ship to you as quickly as possible. Because of this, cancellations or changes aren’t always possible. - Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
