This was an upgrade for our organization and it is simple to use. We do have to purchase ribbon more frequently since we haven't one that has to capacity to print more than 100. After a few months we had to have the printer driver updated and was paired with Angelo who was very polite and communicated all the steps while he remoted into my computer. Customer service is amazing!
