Who they are on the front. What they're trained for on the back.
Front
- Photo
- Name and company
- Trade or role
- Project or site name
Back
- Safety training completed, with dates
- Certifications and when they expire
- Emergency contact number
- A barcode to scan at the gate
Printing on both sides takes a dual-sided printer: the Bodno A30, Bodno A40 Pro or Seaory R330.
Crew, subs and everyone else on site
The IDs contractors print most, and the printer we would start each one with.
Your own crew
Photo, name and trade on the front. The training they have completed on the back.
Subcontractors
Their company name on the front, and a different color for each sub so the super can tell crews apart.
Equipment operators
The equipment each person is certified on, and when each certification expires.
Long jobs, rough handling
IDs that ride on a lanyard or a hard hat clip for the whole project.
Visitors and inspectors
A reusable visitor badge, handed out and collected at the trailer.
How tough does the card need to be?
The A-Series prints straight onto the card. The Seaory R330 is a retransfer printer: it prints the image on a film, then onto the card, for color accuracy and durability.
