S28. I had an issue with my computer. I called tech support and they got it going. They were very helpful and got it going quickly.

Great service! Every time I call for support, my issue gets resolved quickly. The card quality is excellent, with vibrant colors and sharp print quality. The printer works very well and produces professional-looking cards. The Bodno software is also great and easy to use. Overall, I'm very satisfied with both the product and the service provided.

I have spoken with Maricel a couple different times. She and the whole tech support team have always been so helpful. Even when I am frustrated and can't seem to explain myself very clearly, she has been patient and hangs in there with me and ensures the issue has been resolved. I really appreciate the patience and professionalism.

We’ve had this printer for more than six years, and it has been working fine until today when it suddenly stopped printing ID cards. I called Bodno and reached Angelo for assistance, and he helped me with everything. My Bodno app and printer have already been updated, and the printed card looks fine now.

The Magicard Pronto quality is great. It prints very well, and the colors come out vibrant and professional-looking. It handles different types of colors beautifully, and the overall print quality is excellent.

The printer is also easy to manage and user-friendly. On top of that, the service has been great, and the tech support team is very helpful and responsive.

I have a Magic Enduro 3E printer, and a very old laptop. Maricel was extremely patient having to wait for my laptop to restart and load. She was so helpful and was able to get us back up and running. Chris was great! He helped me trouble shoot when I was having printer issues. I was on the phone for less than 5 minutes and he even stayed on the phone with me while OI printed my first card. Great customer service!
