Are these genuine Seaory parts?

Parts with Seaory in the name are genuine Seaory parts. Parts with Bodno in the name are Bodno-brand parts made to fit your printer, and where they replace an original part, its part number is in the name.

What if I order the wrong part?

What is the difference between a ribbon and a printhead?

The ribbon is the supply: it holds the color and runs out after a set number of prints. The printhead is the part inside the printer that heats the ribbon onto the card. It lasts much longer, and you only replace it if it is damaged or worn out.
