How fast is my code renewed?
Within 15 minutes of your order. You keep using the same activation code — there is nothing to reinstall, and your card designs and database stay where they are.
Do I get a new activation code?
No. We renew the code you already have. Enter it in step 1 and we extend it.
What does a Lifetime license mean?
Lifetime turns your current activation code into one that never expires. You keep the same code and edition, with free updates and support, and you never have to renew again.
Can I upgrade my edition when I renew?
Yes. Pick a higher edition in step 2 and your code is upgraded and renewed in one order. You pay the price of the new edition.
My code already expired. Can I still renew it?
Yes. Enter it above and renew as usual. The same code works again within 15 minutes.
Where do I find my activation code?
It is in the email you received when you first bought the software. If you can't find it, use our find my activation code page or call us at (732) 987-5300.
Can I pay with a purchase order?
Yes. Click "Paying by PO? Get a quote" above, and we email you a quote you can submit with your purchase order.
My license is a monthly or yearly subscription. Do I need to renew here?
No. Subscriptions renew automatically. If you'd like to switch to a 3-year or Lifetime license instead, call us at (732) 987-5300.
