Tech support make and excellent effort to solve the problem that we have with ID Card, Bryan was very diligent and professional.
Although the product is a good product, we have been very disappointed with the way they don't honor their licensing process. We have a unit that uses a dongle for the licensing. We contacted the company because we thought we had lost the dongle. The company refused to replace the dongle or issue us a renewed license and would not do so without us purchasing a completely new license. As a non-profit we felt we had already paid for the license once, and although a fee to charge us for a replacement dongle, or even to have to cover their costs for issuing us a replacement license, we were told they would not honor that and we had to purchase a new license at the cost of $500. Needless to say we were disappointed.
