I had to upgrade from the USB dongle to the online activation code and Angelo was very thorough and helpful. He assisted in migrating my stored files off the dongle, on to our sharepoint and removed old printer firmware and drivers and installed new ones. It was a very smooth transition.
Next Day AM will be days later.
They'll create the label same day, ten won't be updated for 4 days just to make it seem like it will be on time.
