I've been experiencing ongoing challenges with my computer not registering my Bodno license, so I called the support line and was connected with a lovely gentleman named Felix. He patiently walked me through the process of updating my software, but the issue persisted, so he remote accessed my computer and reset the license. It was easy to connect with him, he fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes, and now my program is working again! Felix was lovely to work with, and I felt very satisfied with my customer service experience today.
