New office manager, the badge printer, and nobody knows the software login? You can keep using the Bodno license that came with the printer. You just need the activation code, and there are several ways to get it even if the person who set it up is long gone.
Check the old computer first: the code is under BOD › Bodno License › Activation Code. If you cannot, use Find my activation code with anything you know. If the code goes to an inbox nobody can open, email support@bodno.com with the order or serial number and your organization name.
Get the license working again
If the computer that used to print badges still turns on, open Bodno there and go to:
Write down the code, then click Deactivate so it can be used on your computer.
Go to Find my activation code and type anything you know: an email, an order number (Amazon or Bodno), a phone number, the printer serial number or a name. We email the code to the address it was registered with; the page shows which address (partly hidden).
Click Ask us to verify you on the same page, or email support@bodno.com with:
- the order number, or the printer serial number (label on the back or underside)
- your organization name and your name
- any purchase record you have, like an invoice or PO
We confirm it is your organization's printer and send you the code.
When the old computer was wiped or left with the person, the code is still active on it. Email us the code and we release it, usually the same business day. Details: moving to a new computer.
Other situations

Keep the activation code with the printer paperwork, and register new printers with a shared email, like the office inbox, instead of a personal one.
