Trade-in questions, answered

Does my old printer have to work?
No. It doesn't have to work, power on or be in one piece. Dead, jammed, cracked or missing parts all qualify.
Which old printers can I trade in?
Any ID card or badge printer, any brand and any age, including discontinued models: Fargo, Zebra, Magicard, Evolis and Badgy, Datacard and Entrust, Seaory, IDP, Matica and more. Regular office and document printers don't qualify.
When do I get my rebate?
Within 7 business days after we receive your old printer. It goes back to your original payment method, the same way you paid for the new printer: credit card, purchase order or check.
I already know which printer I want. Can I just order it?
Yes. Order it the way you normally would, and fill out the trade-in form too, so we know to send your prepaid label.
Can I combine the rebate with other discounts?
No. The trade-in rebate can't be combined with other discounts or promotions, and it's one trade-in per new printer.
