ZXP Series 3 replacement questions

Is Zebra still supporting the ZXP Series 3?
No. According to Zebra's support page, Zebra stopped selling the ZXP Series 3 on December 30, 2018 and ended service and support on March 30, 2024. Bodno still carries ZXP Series 3 ribbons and cleaning kits.
Will my card designs carry over to the A30?
Yes, if you design your cards in Bodno ID Card Software. The A30 ships with the same software, so your saved .card files open on it. If you use different software, Bodno ID Card Software includes ready-made templates to set your design up again.
Does my old software license transfer?
You don't need it to. The A30 ships with Bodno ID Card Software and its own Lifetime License, good for the life of the printer. You can move it to a new computer. The activation code arrives by email within 15 minutes.
My ZXP Series 3 is broken. Does it still qualify?
Yes. Working, broken, jammed or missing parts all qualify. We email you a free prepaid shipping label, and your $300 trade-in rebate goes back to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive it.
Does the A30 work on a Mac?
Yes. The Bodno A30 works with Windows and Mac. The ZXP Series 3 is Windows only.
