Keep your Magicard printer producing sharp, streak-free cards with the Bodno cleaning kit for Magicard Pronto100 and 250X ID card printers. It includes cleaning cards and a printhead cleaning pen. Made by Bodno.
Card printers pick up dust, card debris, and ribbon residue every time a card runs through — and over time that buildup shows up as streaks, banding, and faded or inconsistent print quality. It also puts extra wear on the printhead, the most expensive component in the printer. This kit gives you a simple way to clear it all out.
Each kit includes 10 alcohol-saturated cleaning cards, sized to match the Pronto100/250X card path, and 1 printhead cleaning pen for spot-cleaning the printhead face directly. Run a cleaning card through your printer the way you would a blank card to lift dust and residue from the rollers and card path, then use the pen to wipe the printhead clean.
Clean your printer every time you change ribbons, or after roughly every 700 prints, whichever comes first. Building this into your routine helps protect print quality and printhead longevity, and it's one of the easiest ways to get the most life out of your printer.

How often should I clean the printer?
At every ribbon change. Run a cleaning card through the printer and fit a fresh cleaning roller. Static on PVC cards pulls in dust, and dust dragged under the printhead is the main cause of white lines and printhead failure. More: Why regular cleaning matters.
Why is there a white line on every card?
Print the printer’s own test card. If the line is there too, a printhead element is damaged, and cleaning will not bring it back. Clean at every ribbon change so the new printhead does not get damaged the same way. See White line on Magicard printers.
What is the part number on each kit?
It’s the printer maker’s own cleaning kit number, such as Magicard 3633-0053 or Zebra 105999-310. Bodno kits are made to replace the kit with that number, so you can match it to the kit you bought before.
