Easy to use and great quality printing. Excellent service and support.

I purchased the printer a few weeks ago to print IDs for my staff and the Bodno 400X has great printing quality. The support and customer service is phenomenal. I would recommend this printer to anyone looking to print their own IDs. Maricle was a pleasure to speak with helped me navigate the software with ease.

Great customer service! Very easy to get help!

Chris did an excellent job helping to guide us in set up today. The quality of the printer and service was simply outstanding.

We have had this MC320 printer for quite some time, but recently it was only printing in green. I contacted Bodno Support and spoke with Angelo, who remotely connected to my PC to help troubleshoot the issue.

Angelo updated the printer driver by running the installation as an administrator. He also had me disconnect and reconnect the printer because the Printing Preferences window was not responding properly at first. After performing these steps and verifying the printer settings, the issue was resolved.

The printed cards now look exactly as they should.

We recently received this printer and software and had several questions about setting up and using the database. I contacted Bodno Support and spoke with Angelo, who remotely connected to my PC to assist us.

Angelo took the time to answer all of our questions about the database and explained how everything works in a clear and easy-to-understand way.

I was trying to print an ID card, but my S25 printer was not showing up as an available printer in the Bodno software. I contacted Bodno Support and spoke with Angelo, who remotely accessed my PC to troubleshoot the issue.

Angelo quickly identified the problem and updated both the printer driver and firmware to the latest versions. After the updates were completed, the printer was recognized properly, and everything started working as expected.

The setup was smooth, and the printer now works beautifully. Angelo was knowledgeable, efficient, and made sure the issue was fully resolved before ending the session. Excellent customer service and technical support!
