For our use case, the manual feed initially felt like a limitation, but it actually works well for on-demand printing since we mostly produce cards one at a time, avoiding wasted supplies and giving us better control over each badge . In terms of speed and reliability, it averages around 18 seconds per full-color card and has been consistent with no major jams or alignment issues, which is important when printing during onboarding days . The Bodno software complements it well, especially with features like templates and Excel data import that simplify bulk badge creation, and the lifetime support makes a difference when setting things up or troubleshooting.
