Spoke with Chris and he provided an excellent customer service, he answered all my questions and helped me with the setup of the device. The quality of the card after printing was to my satisfaction.

Had a problem with CAM Error on the physical printer. Also had Error 8:00 on the laptop when using the software.
Later Byron troubleshooted with remote support and identified that the power brick was incorrect.
We are now searching to find the right power brick. If not found, we might have to buy a new one.
