Unbelievable support from Maricel. With her help, the card machine was setup and a database created to document employee cards. She took the time to ensure everything was functioning perfectly and that I felt comfortable using the new system. Employees like Maricel are rare, and her outstanding service deserves recognition.

We've been using it for our office ID cards, and the quality is top-notch—everything comes out looking incredibly crisp with bright, consistent colors. Plus, the customer support has been absolutely amazing. Big shout-out to Felix for all the help!

I received an activation code, but when I tried to download the driver and software, nothing happened. Since this printer is for our government office, I needed to get everything working.

I called Bodno and spoke with Angelo. He remotely accessed my Windows PC and helped me install the latest Bodno app, driver, and firmware. He also gave me a quick tutorial on how to use the software.

The counting module was not included in the package, but Angelo explained that they would ship that piece separately.

The Bodno app is easy to use, and the printed cards look great. I really appreciate Angelo taking the time to help me get everything set up and working.

Easy to install and works as intended

Magicard Pronto ID Card Printer

I called because I wanted to connect my Magicard D printer to Wi-Fi so I could print employee badges. Angelo explained that the Magicard D does not have a Wi-Fi feature, but he offered to help get the printer back online so I could continue printing badges.

He remotely accessed my computer, reconnected the printer, and made sure everything was working properly. The printer is now back online and ready to use.

The printed cards look great, and I appreciate the excellent support.

We just got the S26 printer to print badges for our employees. We had everything hooked up and ready to go, but when we tried to print, it wasn’t working.

I spoke with Angelo, and he explained everything and offered to help. I had overlooked the driver installation, so Angelo updated the printer driver and firmware for us. He made the whole process easy and got us up and running.

We purchased a Magicard D printer back in 2024 for printing our staff ID badges, and I recently needed to find the correct driver to get it working again. I’m the person who handles support for our company, so I reached out to Bodno for help.
