I had an excellent experience with Maricel's support during the installation of my Bodno Magicard 400x. She was knowledgeable, patient, and guided me through every step of the setup process from registering my equipment through printing my first card. I purchased the Silver Edition software and Maricel showed me how user-friendly it is and very easy to navigate. The ID cards are excellent quality and the colors on the card are decent enough. I highly recommend both Maricel and the Bodno team for their outstanding customer service and great product.
