On a Mac, a dual-sided Seaory printer prints only the front of the card until you turn on the back side in the printer options. It is one checkbox, and saving it as your current preset keeps it on for every job after that.
Turn on Print Back
- From Bodno ID Card Software or any other program, choose File › Print and select your Seaory S28, R330 or R660.
- Open Advanced Options in the printer settings.
- Select Printer Options.
- Under Feature, choose Ribbon.
- Check Print Back.
- Save the preset as your current preset. If you skip this, the Mac goes back to front-only on the next job.
Print one card and check both sides before running a batch.
If the back still does not print
- Check the design. Your card layout needs a back side with something on it.
- Check the printer you picked. Choose the S28, R330 or R660 itself, not a copy of the printer or another printer on the network.
- Check the model. The S25 and S26 print one side only. To print both sides on those, print the front, then turn the card over and print the back.
- Driver not installed yet? Start with the driver install guide.
