Affinity Medical Staffing ordered a Matica MC320 BD32250 Color Ribbon (YMCKO – 250 Prints × 1) from Bodno. According to FedEx, the item was marked as delivered—but we never received it. A claim was immediately filed with FedEx, and they directed us to reach out to Bodno as the shipper.

Unfortunately, our interaction with Bodno's customer service was disappointing and dismissive. The agent we spoke with showed little concern for our situation. Her response boiled down to, "FedEx shows it was picked up and delivered, so the transaction is complete on our end."

When I asked whether I needed to repurchase the item since it hadn’t been received, she reaffirmed that Bodno had "done their part." No attempt was made to investigate further, provide any form of support, or offer a resolution. We were left with no product, no accountability, and a surprisingly curt tone for a company that deals in business-to-business relationships.

This experience has raised serious concerns about Bodno's commitment to customer care and post-sale support. Duly noted.
