Magicard 600 ID Card Printer
Enhanced Security Features
Whether you are protecting business or cardholder data, the Magicard 600 ID card printer offers 3 security protocol features that have changed the standard for the market.
- The Magicard 600 offers a digital shredding protocol that makes sure that your printer is not a repository for stored data to be stolen. Once the data is used for the print job, it can then be fragmented, making the data irrecoverable.
- All Magicard printers come standard with their patented HoloKote® technology, which allows you to print a secure watermark onto the ID card or badge. Each watermark can be customized, with storage space for up to 10 custom watermarks included with the printer.
- To protect your printer from outside threats, the Magicard 600 ID printer also offers threat security scans with the Nessus Pro, one of the most widely deployed security technologies used worldwide. With regular device security updates, you can ensure that your printer and software is always safe while maintaining the system’s security.
A dual or single sided card with Holokote technology printed via a Magicard 600 is the most secure way for you to provide your employees or customers with a high-quality ID badge.
Quality and Fast Print Speeds
The Magicard 600 is a secure and fast direct-to-card printer. It prints at 300 dpi as standard, and its 600 x 300 dpi resin-only mode gives crisp detail for small text, alongside rich, vibrant color. The print engine produces a single-sided full-color (YMCKO) card in about 19 seconds. Printing in monochrome? About 5 seconds per card.
Superior Quality in Printing
Whether it’s cardholder photos or company logos, you can be sure that your colors are accurate thanks to the Magicard 600’s optimized color profiles. Print with a wide range of vibrant and rich colors that display your brand's professionalism and quality.
The high-quality print ratio allows for even small text to be displayed clearly and accurately, making the Magicard 600 a step above the rest. Using premium dye film, the vibrancy and readability of the cards printed are a must-have solution if you are looking for high-quality output with quick turnaround time.
Offer Yourself Peace of Mind with MagiCoverPlus Coverage
The Magicard 600 is backed by Magicard’s MagiCoverPlus coverage, considered one of the best in the business. This three-year coverage offers you a 6-week replacement window, a loaner printer if your printer needs to be repaired during your coverage period, and a free three-year printhead replacement. Never worry about being left in the lurch without a working ID card printer.
Secure Printing Solutions with HoloKote® Patented Technology
Magicard’s patented HoloKote® technology allows a secure watermark to be printed on every card without any special laminate or ribbon. HoloKote® comes standard with your Magicard 600 ID card printer and offers 10 custom HoloKote® designs. When used together with HoloPatch smart cards, one area of the watermark will become a highly-visible gold security seal. Issue your cards with outstanding visual security and anti-fraud solutions at no extra cost.
Using Magicard’s web tool, you can send up to 10 customized HoloKote® designs directly to your printer via Wi Fi connectivity. Design your watermark with your company logo and print a visually secure ID card that showcases both quality and security.
Get Expanded Connectivity
The Magicard 600 ID printer has USB, Ethernet, and Wi Fi connectivity (via supplied dongle) while supporting WPA and WPA2 encrypted connections. Designed to be integrated with cloud data storage, the Magicard 600 is perfect for fast setup straight out of the box with help from its wireless connection. The onboard CPU can also easily receive regular security patches through the above connectivity methods and connects to most third-party applications locally or online.
Optional Dual-Sided Printing
Need a faster dual-sided printing solution? Bodno also offers the Magicard600 Dual Sided Card Printer on our storefront.
