Great Support

John was fantastic providing technical support (5/5 stars for the support) for our card printer. The printer itself is a 2.5/5 - it's fast, but the print quality for small text is not great. Also, it wouldn't give the simple error explanation of out of ribbon as to why it would no longer print. We've printed no more than 200 cards on it, so a 300-card ribbon should not be out yet. But, again, John was super patient working through the issue and eventually helped figure out what was wrong.
