Angelo jumped right in and got my issues resolved by updating my software, drivers and firmware. Things are fully working at this point. Great service interaction and fully recommened Angleo and Bodno as a whole!
Struggled with moving the card printer from an old computer to a new one. The website wouldn't get me there. Called Tech Support and promtly got Byron on the line. He quickly, efficiently, and politely got me up an running in a jiffy. Great work. Thanks!
Just wanted to reach out to management about my experience today with Felix in Customer Service. I was having problems setting up my MagiCard D with Ethernet. Worked fine on USB but could not figure it out. Felix was very upfront that his knowledge of MAC OS was not as good as WIN but he worked hard to research the situation and in less than 30 mins we were up and running. Great customer skills. Excellent on researching situations that he is not as familiar with. Very happy he took my call today.

Angelo gave exceptional customer service when I had a problem with my printer. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and very patient with me as I tried to follow along. I have no reservations about calling again if I have trouble. Great printer and great serice.
