Choosing the right version of Bodno software depends on your specific needs and requirements. Below is a brief overview of the different editions available:

Bronze Edition: Ideal for users who require basic ID design and printing features. This edition includes predefined templates, signature acquisition, 1D barcodes, and WIA/TWAIN and Direct Show acquisition, as well as magnetic encoding.

Silver Edition: Perfect for schools and organizations that need to import data from Excel files to auto-create cards, eliminating the need for manual data entry. This edition adds QR code generation, .CSV and .TXT database connection, as well as Database View and Link Image to DB field functionalities.

Gold Edition: Best suited for users seeking advanced features like local MS Access connection, photo storage on databases, and face-crop tool for face recognition. This edition also includes 2D barcodes.

Platinum Edition: A comprehensive solution for users who require ODBC connections to external databases, RFID contactless direct encoding, and Smartcard plugins. Additional features include multi-layout card designs, conditional printing, and operation logs.

Diamond Edition: Designed for large organizations needing advanced features like DESFire, Web Print Server, and Net License for up to 16 PCs. This edition offers a single package with 16 combined licenses, which can be installed on a server.

One-Time License: The One-Time License is a single payment option that grants you access to Bodno software for 5 years. There’s no need for renewals or keeping your credit card on file, making it a simple and hassle-free choice.

If your One-Time License comes free with your printer, it will remain active for the lifetime of the printer, as long as the printer is functional.

Previously, we offered a USB dongle licensing method, which was valid for 5 years and often provided free with a printer. We have since discontinued support for USB dongles and no longer sell or support them. Instead, we now use activation codes for all new licensing.

Subscription Plans: In contrast, our subscription plans (Monthly or Yearly) require ongoing payments and renew automatically. Your software access continues as long as your subscription is current. This option provides more flexibility, as you can adjust or cancel your plan whenever needed.
