Before you order

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 2,500 cards. You can still order fewer. The order is billed as 2,500 cards, so if you need 2,000 now, it costs the same to print 2,500. From 2,500 to 4,999 cards the price per card is higher (for the cards, 2,500 cost 80% of the 5,000-card price, plus shipping). From 5,000 cards you pay the regular price.

Can every card be different?

Yes. Choose "Different text on every card" for names, ID numbers or barcodes, or "Different photo and text" when each card also has its own photo. Upload your design plus your list: an Excel or CSV file with one row per card, or a ZIP with the list and the photos. Each costs more per card than one design on every card.

Does the price per card go down for bigger orders?

Yes. From 5,000 cards you pay the regular price. Orders of 10,000 cards or more get 10% off, 20,000 or more get 15% off, 25,000 or more get 20% off, and 50,000 or more get 30% off. Shipping is built into every price, so it stays free. The discount comes off the cards, not the shipping or the extra charge for different text or photos, and is applied automatically at checkout. Cards are sold in packs of 100, so your cart shows the number of packs. Type any number of cards in the calculator to see your price.

What size are the cards?

Standard ID card size: 3.375 × 2.125 inches (CR80), the same size as a credit card, on white PVC.

Can we pay with a purchase order?

Yes. Click "Email me a quote," send the quote to your purchasing team, and email the PO to sales@bodno.com. Approved accounts get Net 30.
