Awful Experience

The machine arrived non-functioning. We have been back and forth with Bodno and Matica for several days and hours trying to get a resolution. We still have no resolution. I do not recommend it.

Upgrade card

Not sure why you would sell an upgrade card for a feature that is already installed in the printer, and charge $295.00 for that card. On the other hand the customer support was great.
