Couldnt get my printer to be seen by the program. Byron jumped on with me and got me up and running with a min. Great tech that obviously knows his stuff. Give the guy a bonus!!!

We recently moved from the flash to the desktop but we did not copy over all of our saved files. I put off calling to get tech support for this because I thought I should be able to do it.....not! I called and Jude answer, within minutes the problem was solved. I think it took longer for me explain then for him to copy and paste.

We've used this machine for several years to print name tags and membership cards. It's easy to use once you get the hang of the software, and looks very professional.

Byron is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He quickly identified the issue with my printer and walked me through the fix step by step without wasting any time. Felix was very helpful. He was kind and patient. He definitely knew how to troubleshoot and did all he could to help me resolve my issue. He was a great help.

I was having problems printing and called in to tech support, thinking that it would take forever to get my problem fix. Byron was very kind and professional. He requested for me to give him remote access to my computer and walked me through the steps. It did take me some time to be able to provide him the access and he was so patient with him. As soon as he was in he opened up my system and was able to determine in less than 30 seconds what I was doing wrong and showed me how to fix the problem. I am so thankful for his knowledge of the program and how quickly he was able to walk me through to fix my issue. The who call from beginning to end took less than 5 minutes.
