I never received my order, I know it is not the company's fault and they did attempt to help me but I never got any word back. Hopefully the next time I order, this will not happen again

New cartridge
The cartridge is not printing my identification cards properly. After several attempts the machine isn’t printing the black and white or colors my logo contains.

Ribbon Broke after 5 uses
After painstakingly going through the motions of installing the upgrade in order to use the new ribbon in my machine the ribbon has broken after 5 uses and now a card is jammed in my machine.
