The Bodno A10 is the Pronto's replacement. Don’t be fooled by its small size; the Pronto prints sharp, vibrant images just like its larger counterparts. (Like all direct-to-card printers, it leaves a thin unprinted border at the card edge.) Save money with its nifty rewrite feature: you can print, erase, and reuse the same cards, printing with either black or black ink. The Pronto also saves you money with its ability to write on CR79 cards in addition to standard C80 cards. Use adhesive CR79 cards as an overlay on more expensive cards, like proximity cards, and then only replace the adhesive overlay.
Add Visual Security for Free—With Magicard’s Exclusive Technology
Holokote is a patented technology that prints a secure watermark on every card, without using any special laminate or ribbon. The Pronto includes four standard HoloKote designs. This feature is usually only found on high-end printers, and comes standard on the Pronto. When paired with HoloPatch cards, one area of the watermark becomes a highly-visible gold security seal, giving your card outstanding visual security at a fraction of the usual cost.

Magicard Pronto ID Card Printer
We’ve had this printer for a while, and today I experienced some issues with the system. I contacted support, and they helped me update the app and the driver on my Mac. The colors on the printed cards now match exactly what is shown in the app. Your customer support is great
I contacted support because my Magicard Pronto wasn’t printing our employees’ badges. With my permission, the technician accessed my PC remotely, cleared the pending print jobs in the queue, and removed and re-added the printer. The printed cards look much better now.
Had an issue with the printer that we got recently. I called Bodno to fix it and it's now working and ready to go. Bodno taught me how to utilize some printer settings. Print quality looks amazing and the edges are good.
S25: Nirvana Clinic Center. Got an error 48 so I called support. This is for our employees badges. They fixed the error 48. and updated the driver. We've been using this printer since Aug 2025. Angelo is the best!

The Magicard Pronto comes with a 3-year license. One payment covers 3 years, with no automatic billing. Renew after year 3 to keep using it. Your activation code is emailed within 15 minutes of your order.
