The Bodno app prompted for an update, but the update was not working properly and prevented badge creation. Angelo reached out to provide support, remotely accessed my Mac, and successfully updated everything. It’s working fine now.

We recently moved the printer from one computer to another, and I was trying to activate it on the new system, but nothing was happening. I contacted support for assistance, and Angelo remotely accessed my PC to troubleshoot the issue. He was able to get the printer and software up and running without any problems, and the printed cards look great.

He also helped me understand how to use the Bodno app, which I found easy to use.
