10 Years Sweepstakes: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The Bodno 10 Years Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is run by Fery LLC, doing business as Bodno ("Bodno"), a New Jersey company. Questions: contact@bodno.com.

2. Who can enter

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older. Owners and employees of Bodno, and their immediate families, are not eligible. Entries made on behalf of an organization belong to the person who placed the order or submitted the free entry.

3. Sweepstakes period

The Sweepstakes starts January 1, 2027 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends December 31, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.

4. How to enter

With an order: each item bought on bodno.com during the Sweepstakes period receives one entry automatically, usually within an hour, up to 25 entries per order. Items include printers, supplies, software, software subscriptions and subscription renewals; free items and orders with a $0 total do not count. Orders placed on Amazon or other marketplaces do not receive entries. If an order is cancelled or fully refunded its entries are removed, and if items are refunded or removed from an order the matching entries are removed.

Oldest Working Printer bonus: submitting a working ID card printer of any brand through the Oldest Working Printer form at bodno.com/pages/10-years, with the requested photos, earns 2 bonus entries, once per person. No purchase is needed. Each quarter Bodno may feature the oldest printer it can verify on its website; featuring carries no additional prize.

Without an order: fill out the free entry form at bodno.com/pages/10-years with your name, organization, email and state. Limit one free entry per person per day (Eastern Time). Every entry, however it is earned, has the same chance of being drawn.

Entries made with automated tools, multiple email addresses for the same person, or false information are void.

5. Prizes

• Grand prize (1): a Bodno A40 Pro dual-sided ID card printer with a Lifetime Bodno ID Card Software license and 5 years of Bodno TotalCare. Approximate retail value (ARV): $2,995.
• Second prize (1): a $500 Amazon.com gift card. ARV: $500.
• Third prize (1): Apple AirPods Pro. ARV: $249.
• Fourth prize (1): a $100 Starbucks gift card. ARV: $100.

Total ARV of all prizes: $3,844. Prizes are awarded as described; no cash alternative and no substitution, except that Bodno may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Gift cards are subject to their issuers' terms. Amazon, Apple and Starbucks are not sponsors of this Sweepstakes and are not involved in it.

6. Drawing and odds

On or about January 8, 2028, Bodno will draw four winning entries at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes period, in prize order (grand prize first). Each person can win only one prize; if a later draw selects someone who has already won, that draw is repeated. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner notification

Potential winners will be notified by email and phone within 14 days after the drawing and must respond within 10 business days. Bodno may ask a potential winner to sign a declaration of eligibility and release. If a potential winner does not respond, cannot be verified or is not eligible, an alternate winner will be drawn. If a winner's employer (for example, a school or government agency) does not allow its employees to accept the prize personally, the winner may have the prize awarded to the organization instead.

8. Taxes

Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize. The grand prize winner will be asked for a completed Form W-9, and Bodno may issue a Form 1099 as required by law.

9. Publicity and privacy

Unless the law requires otherwise, winners agree that Bodno may share their first name, organization, city and state as winners on bodno.com, in email and on social media without further payment. Entry information is handled under the Bodno Privacy Policy; entering does not sign you up for marketing email.

10. General

Bodno is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete or not received because of technical problems. Bodno may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or enters unfairly, and may cancel or change the Sweepstakes if it cannot run as planned, in which case it will draw from eligible entries received before the change. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. To the extent the law allows, entrants release Bodno from claims related to the Sweepstakes or the prizes.

11. Winners list

Winners will be posted at bodno.com/pages/10-years after they are confirmed, or email contact@bodno.com after January 31, 2028.
