I bought a printer from Bodno last year, and it worked great. When I tried to use it again today, I ran into an issue and it wasn't working properly. I contacted Bodno Support and spoke with Angelo, who helped me update the printer and the Bodno software on my Mac. He then helped me print an ID card again, and the print quality looks just as good as before.

I also wanted to make a small adjustment to lower my logo on the card, and Angelo helped me with that as well. He also assisted me with setting up the database. Great customer service and very helpful support!

Byron was excellent. Helped me re connect to my printer in 10 minutes.
