We just got the S26 printer to print badges for our employees. We had everything hooked up and ready to go, but when we tried to print, it wasn’t working.

I spoke with Angelo, and he explained everything and offered to help. I had overlooked the driver installation, so Angelo updated the printer driver and firmware for us. He made the whole process easy and got us up and running.

The printed card looks beautiful, and I really appreciate Angelo’s help and great customer service!

We purchased a Magicard D printer back in 2024 for printing our staff ID badges, and I recently needed to find the correct driver to get it working again. I’m the person who handles support for our company, so I reached out to Bodno for help.

I spoke with Angelo, and he was a huge help. He searched through his system to find the information and driver we needed, then walked me through everything from registering the printer to getting the software and printer set up.

I called in for technical support. In less than 10 minutes Maricel was able to help via remote support.
Needed to connect our Bodno license to remove the watermark. Once connected all our saved templates were in the system and cards printed with clear and sharp.

We recently installed our Magicard Pronto printer and completed the verification process, but the printer was not responding when we tried to print employee badges. We contacted Bodno Support and spoke with Angelo for assistance.

Angelo remotely connected to our computer, diagnosed the issue, and installed the correct printer driver. He made sure the printer was configured properly and tested everything to ensure it was working as expected.

After the setup was completed, the printer worked perfectly and the printed cards looked great.

We have had this printer for quite some time, but we were unable to print ID cards using the USB connection. Since we use it to print resident badges, we needed to get it working as soon as possible.
