Helped me get printed to come online with my mac

Angelo from Bodno was extremely helpful today and made the whole process quick and easy.

Byron was great he answered all my questions.

Byron was very helpful in getting my printer reinstalled, even waiting with me as I got my IT admin to give permission. He saved all necessary settings and was very patient with me throughout.

this was one of the best and easyest customer service representitive ever he was calm patien respectful and lil funny he was overal coool dude i would recomend this company to anybody especialy they have cool support people like angelo he was able to walk everything through step by step he was the best and a great help

Great Tech Support. He started how by showing me all of the details of the printer. He setup my templates and verified the name badge was setup to print correctly. He was able to answer all of my questions regarding ordering supplies as well. Great customer service.

Angelo - I have had to call in a couple of times for support since purchasing my Seaory S25 printer, each time the personnel has been polite, cooperative and patient with me while I try to explain. Each person explained what they could do and answered all of my questions. Today I had to call in because I could not figure out how to print my ID badges. Angelo solved this issue for me in no time.
