Amazing Service! I don't usually write reviews because I don't have time, but I had to give this 5 stars! First, this ribbon that I was ordering was discontinued everywhere. I found it on Bodno. The website was very user friendly and I completed my transaction in less than 5 mintues. Also, it arrived to me in one day and I paid for 2-day shipping, which speaks volumes about how quickly Bodno processed my order, and my item arrived in great shape. I have definitely found a new go to supplier! Thank you Bodno!

We needed to get a license and set everything up on our computer for our company badges, so I called Bodno and spoke with Angelo. I provided him with all the details he needed, and he remotely accessed our PC to install the driver and app. Everything was set up quickly, and the printer worked perfectly. The cards look amazing! Angelo was very helpful and made the whole setup process easy.

Magicard 300 Printer

I called in for technical support. In less than 10 minutes Maricel was able to help via remote support.
Needed to connect our Bodno license to remove the watermark. Once connected all our saved templates were in the system and cards printed with clear and sharp.

Magicard Pronto

We recently installed our Magicard Pronto printer and completed the verification process, but the printer was not responding when we tried to print employee badges. We contacted Bodno Support and spoke with Angelo for assistance.

Angelo remotely connected to our computer, diagnosed the issue, and installed the correct printer driver. He made sure the printer was configured properly and tested everything to ensure it was working as expected.

After the setup was completed, the printer worked perfectly and the printed cards looked great.

Byron was great. I had no idea what to do and he helped me with everything.

We have had this printer for quite some time, but we were unable to print ID cards using the USB connection. Since we use it to print resident badges, we needed to get it working as soon as possible. Angelo assisted us throughout the troubleshooting process and was able to help resolve the issue. The printer is now working properly, and the printed cards look great.

Chris assisted me with setting up my printer for employee identification and the print quality as well and install new printer ribbon.

He was very knowledgeable and assisted me very quickly. He was able to update my software and fix the issue within a few minutes.
