Great support, was able to assist with all of the questions I had.

Angelo helped me throughout the entire process of setting my printer up and was very patient and kind . The printer itself is wonderful also , the colors are very vibrant and the quality is great !

Called for help with a new printer ribbon and Angelo walked me thru the process and then checked my computer downloaded new software and fixed my problems. I would have been here for hours had he not helped. Thank full

Byron with Bodno's Technical Support team was very kind, knowledgeable, effective, and efficient when providing his service. He not only solved the issue we were having, but he demonstrated how to resolve it on our own moving forward. Now, our software is running at appropriate speeds and is no longer getting stuck on "Updating Document" when attempting to print a card.
