Angelo, was able to assist in installing lastest version of software and fixed the issue.
Angelo was a huge help today. He was very kind and extremely patient with walking me though all the steps with all that I needed help with. Angelo was able to help me with my problem today. He gave excellent customer service, and I am up and running again. This is a great card printer. I bought it as a replacement for the exact same one that had been in service for 4 years.
Tech support helped me reinstall the software and old files from my old computers. Every thing works fine now.
