I called customer service because I really just did not know how to set up the badge machine properly. Angelo answered the call and was just amazing. He downloaded the driver and software as well as setting the printer up. He also set up my badge templete and saved it for me for future use.

He was great, really took care of my needs with this. He went above and beyond! Best Customer Service Ever!!!
