These steps can work with all kinds of printer models.
First go to your Windows cmd and type “printui /s”, then click enter.
Refer to the images below for an example.
Then go to the “Drivers” tab and delete the model that you want.
Note that if you can’t remove the driver completely and it gives you an error,
they restart the computer and try again.

After you remove the printer from the “Drivers” tab correctly, check the
“Programs and Features” to make sure that you don’t have anything related
to the printer driver there as well.
Then you should be able to install the latest printer driver without any issues.
