Byron was great! I was having an issue where the printer wasn't working or connecting, and after unsuccessfully trying to fix it myself, I just called the support and Byron connected remotely. The fix probably took about 3 minutes- what a relief!
Felix was Awesome! He assisted me in many ways. I was not able to print anything on our Bodno Printer and Felix, walked me through the process step by step. He reinstalled printer and updated drivers. He was very kind, patient, and answered all of my questions. He not only walked me through step by step but, also waited while a card printed, showed me how to trouble shoot, and showed me how to check to see how much printing is left before I need to reorder. In addition, he informed me how to order new supplies when needed. I highly recommend Felix at Bodno for any service related to the Bodno printer. He really knows what he is doing. Thank You Felix!
