Terrible customer service! [****] doesn't answer any emails. You aren't sent any shipping / tracking information. When you call customer service, they ask a bunch of pointless questions and then tell you someone from the "office" will call you back. The ink required to print DOESN'T WORK. You'd be better off using a different company.
I had issues with my badge printer printing barcodes correctly and didn't have the proper ribbon cartridge for my model, Angelo provided me excellent service and went above and beyond ensuring I was taken care of. I was able to reach out to him any time needed, and he gave me all the reassurance and solutions in quick time. Highly recommend his expertise!
