The directions were easy to follow and the kit did the trick! I didn't realize how dirty my printer had become with dust, and once it was cleaned, the cards were printing without flaws again!
Angelo We connected the wrong power supply to the printer and that caused the print quality to be bad.
They was able to get us fixed up very quickly by identifying that the power adapter was not the factor power adapter.
I had trouble with my badge printer stopped responding. I called support. Felix answered the phone within 30 seconds. Amazingly quick. Felix remoted into my PC. After a quick analysis, Felix determined my printer's driver was out of date. He downloaded a new driver, installed it and I was up and running within 15 minutes. Five-star customer service!
